IST possesses best Brownfield, technical team to redevelop, capability to deal with complex environment problems, and environmental forensics researchers, which makes it possible for clients to avoid the hidden risks and exponentially increasing of the time and costs caused by Project delays, a project schedule at the mercy of the disposal facility's schedule, site redesign and complicated environmental conditions.
IST has accumulated lots of experience on covercoming the hide risks brought by complicated environmental conditions. IST embraces the challenge to prepare the site owner for probable subsurface conditions. We accomplish this using our long-standing experience with a broad range of environmental problems from underground storage tank (UST) sites to manufactured gas plant (MGP) sites to industrial landfills. This experience allows us to provide clients best and advanced plan.
IST has seasoned environmental forensics researchers to apportion the responsibility for removals and/or design, which is often complicated by a chain of owners and neighboring sites. Appropriate documentation and forensice skills are often necessary to defend our client's financial investment and make the best use of time and resource.
IST provides Brownfields and site redevelopment services in conformance with the U.S. EPA's new Brownfields Final Rule for the conduct of all appropriate inquiries that took effect November 1, 2006.
