IST has held the belief to provide assistance with environmental issues and engineering services in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible.
It also provides an environment that encourages the firm's employees to develop innovative and pragmatic problem solving. At the same time, IST encourages the involvement of clients as an integral part of the project team, thereby keeping them informed and making modifications to projects in response to their specific needs.
Via integration, IST marries them into a project team. IST's staff of experienced professionals includes environmental engineers, remedation specialists, environmental scientists, chemists, biologists, geologists, hydrogeologists, and laboratory and field technicians. We also have developed relationships and affiliations with many specialists over the past years and engage and retain them to provide focused expertise to enhance and complement IST's in house expertise.
IST's staff is composed of diversified personnel with expertise and experience in engineering, the sciences, field technology, adminstration and support, establishing a complete academic research system of doctor, master and bachelor and forming a exemplary team with the spirit of wide profession and high skills.
